classes range in levels from complete beginner to advanced and are limited to 7 participants
mat basics
beginner
classical mat concepts and exercises are introduced.

knowledge of the classical mat repertoire and breakdowns of the exercises are expanded upon.

mat exercises are adapted to include spring resistance for further strengthening on specialized pilates equipment.
classes revolve around 3 machines. the reformer, the trapeze table and the wunda chair
yoga
all levels
alignment based classes drawn from the ashtanga form. our yoga class is taught by riki richter who teaches anatomy for downward dog's teacher's training. she has completed her 5th year of osteopathic studies and combines her knowledge of yoga, pilates and osteopathy into a more alignment specific class.
all levels welcome!
